This old Spanish style home located in the Forest Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, underwent full restoration and remodeling from the basement to the rooftop. Quality craftsmanship was critical in preserving this residence's period style. Existing and new wood was used to repair all areas heavily damaged by environmental forces and neglect over a prolonged period of time.

This project was completed at the end of 2003.
